Who these terms are with
These terms form a legal agreement between you and ACACIA INNOVATIONS TECHNOLOGY FZE, the company that operates Zonefy.
What Zonefy is
Zonefy is a mobile app that provides information about area safety and mobile network conditions based on public data, community reports, and device measurements. Zonefy is an informational tool, not an emergency service.
Not for emergencies. If you are in danger or need urgent help, contact your local emergency services immediately. Do not rely on Zonefy for emergency response.
Your account
You may use Zonefy without an account for basic features. To access Premium features, you need to create an account.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use this release or create an account. You must accept these terms before contributing community content.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
Acceptable use
You must not submit false or malicious reports, threats, harassment, hate speech, sexually explicit material, graphic violence, private personal information without permission, scams, or content that violates another person's rights or applicable law. Impersonation, stalking and exposing another person's location without consent are prohibited. Child sexual abuse material, grooming, sexual exploitation and trafficking of minors are strictly prohibited. See our child-safety standards. Report suspected violations through in-app Help & Support.
Community reports
When you submit a report, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, aggregate, and display that report within the Zonefy service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your reports. We may remove any report that violates these terms.
Subscription and billing
Premium purchases are not available in this Android release. Displayed development access does not constitute a paid subscription or a free trial offer. If Premium purchases become available, eligible digital purchases on Google Play will use Google Play Billing, with the actual price, renewal period, trial eligibility and cancellation terms shown before purchase.
Intellectual property
Zonefy, its logo, and all software, content, and data provided through the app are owned by ACACIA INNOVATIONS TECHNOLOGY FZE or its licensors. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Termination
You may stop using Zonefy and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.
Disclaimer of warranties
Zonefy is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that safety scores, network measurements, or reports are accurate, complete, or up to date. Your use of the app is at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ACACIA INNOVATIONS TECHNOLOGY FZE will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Zonefy. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of the UAE.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be announced in the app or by email.
