Zonefy is operated by ACACIA INNOVATIONS TECHNOLOGY FZE.
Zonefy is for adults aged 18 and over. Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), and child sexual abuse material (CSAM), are strictly prohibited in every Zonefy feature, including reports, photos, videos, messages, profiles, events and circles.
Prohibited content and conduct
This includes sexual imagery involving minors, grooming, sextortion, sexual solicitation of minors, trafficking of children, and any content or behavior that sexually abuses, exploits or endangers a child. These rules apply regardless of the uploader's age or whether material is described as fictional, edited or generated.
Report a concern
Use the app's content or user reporting controls, or open Profile → Help & Support and send a child-safety report. Include the report, message, event or account identifier and a description of the concern. Do not download, forward or attach suspected CSAM to your report.
You can also contact privacy@zonefy.app. Immediate danger should be reported to the relevant local emergency service.
Response and enforcement
Our required process is to review reports, remove confirmed prohibited material promptly, restrict offending accounts, and report confirmed CSAM to the appropriate authority in accordance with applicable law. Information is handled by authorized staff and retained only when needed for safety, security or a legal obligation.
